Our private dining rooms are great for your next occasion, whether it's a business luncheon for four, a shower for thirty, or a rehearsal dinner for 120. Our special events and parties consultant is available to help you arrange your special occasion from start to finish. GENERAL INFORMATION Several points of interest are listed below. Above all, we recognize that this is YOUR party, YOUR occasion, and YOUR meal. We will go above and above to fulfill your unique requirements and exceed your expectations. Our top priority is your satisfaction. SERVICE Individually plated lunch and dinners are provided, as well as a family type alternative. Everyone will enjoy a selection of things from one of our family style meals. FEES FOR SERVICES A 10% tax will be charged to the entire cost of food and beverages (Gratuity not included). A 3% event fee will be added to the final bill. GUARANTEES A $250 reservation fee is needed at the time of the reservation for all parties. The function's final payment must be made on the day of the event. When a reservation is canceled within 60 days of the function date, the reservation fee is nonrefundable. MINIMUMS FOR THE ROOM There are no additional fees for certain rooms. During dinner hours, however, there are room minimums that must be satisfied. During lunchtime, there are no minimums. Our special events coordinator can walk you through the process. FRESH FLOWERS A fresh flower arrangement is placed on each of our banquet tables. Custom arrangements can be made for a fee. Our special event organizer will be happy to help you with your requirements. AUDIO VISUAL Audio Visual One, one of the city's best audio/visual firms, has teamed with Di Pescara. Slide projectors, plasma screens, digital projectors, p.a. systems, DVD players, VCRs, and other items are available. On request, a complete product list including pricing is available.
