Del Mar, located on the shoreline of the Wharf, is Fabio Trabocchi's celebration of Spanish seafood cuisine and culture. The restaurant was totally designed and assembled in Spain by a team of Spanish artisans in order to honor the country's craftmanship and way of life. There is a variety of traditional and seasonal Tapas, as well as Catalan-Style Charcoal Grilled Entrees and the must-have Signature Paella on the menu. In our indoor and outdoor bars, you can enjoy our Best of Spain wine range as well as skillfully made cocktails.
