About DED Gaming

DED Gaming is a new and exciting gaming center in Port Chester, NY. We strive to provide a great experience for all of our customers and to bring the gaming community into a shared space. By providing a place to meet local gamers with similar interests; DED Gaming stands out as a way to bring an industry that does a great job of connecting people through shared passions and to elevate that experience by providing a physical place to make these connections deeper. We want DED Gaming to be the place where new friend groups are formed, new relationships and connections made, and even some new healthy rivalries! We strongly encourage community engagement as we want the space to reflect the local communities needs and wants. Any information that helps us provide a better experience is highly appreciated as we know that every community is different, we want to reflect those differences as we believe it is our differences which make us strong - individually, as a community, and as gamers in general.

Pricing reflects the time and size of the event. More guests = more cost, and an event in our peak times of demand will be more expensive. A event must be at least 10 people for a minimum of 2 hours. After inquiring we try our best to make our quotes as low as possible for larger groups there will likely be heavily discounted rates.

How much does it cost to rent the venue?: The prices vary greatly depending on group size and time of the event. However, as a baseline estimate, $20 per guest for a 4 hour event or $35 per guest for an 8 hour event.
What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?: Cancellations that are longer than 24 hours before the start of the event will be reimbursed to the customers. Refunds requested after this 24 hour window will be provided at the discretion of the company only.
What is the venue capacity?: We have 54 stations for PC users and 20 seats for console users. We also have a full bar that has over 20 seats as well. Full capacity including standing guests would be 250 guests at a time.
Does the venue have a liquor license?: Yes we do have a liquor license as well as a full bar! We often have creative gaming related cocktails being mixed up by our experienced bartenders as well!
Does the venue offer on-site catering options?: We have a full menu for food and drinks, however, for certain events customers may request to bring their own caterer which is allowed for most events for an additional fee.
