There is both historic and new architecture along the Mississippi River which make exceptional sites for your wedding portraits. Inside the building, high ceilings, exposed brick, and wood floors make decorating easy and elegant. - How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- The price for the space will vary depending on the day of the event and the number of guests you plan on hosting. Learn more about our rental fees at https://www.dayblock.com/pricing.
- How do I secure the date I want?
- In order to secure the date you wish to hold your event, you must make a non-refundable date-hold deposit, which is 50% of the room rental fee.
- How much is the security deposit?
- The security deposit is $500, and it is due 120 days prior to the date of your event.
- When are payments due?
- The date-hold deposit will be due when you reserve the space. The security deposit and remainder of the room rental fees will be due 120 days prior to the date of your event.
- What happens if I have to cancel my event?
- Unfortunately we are unable to refund any charges if the event is cancelled within 120 days of the event. If the event is cancelled 120 days or longer before the event, and the event is pre-paid, 50% of the rental amount will be refunded (less any discount). Contact us for more information.
