What is the venue capacity?: Our indoor event hall can hold up 150 guests comfortably. We can expand out on to our covered porch that spans 80' long facing Lake Charlevoix.
Does the venue offer on-site catering options?: The client is responsible for hiring licensed and insured bartending and catering services (must be approved by CYC Events). We offer a prep kitchen for them to use. We do not have a full-service kitchen that offers food or beverage.
What is included in the venue rental cost?: We offer the venue and an onsite Events Director. A list of furnishings that come with your package will be offered upon inquiry.
What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?: The 50% deposit is non-refundable. If a wedding, etc. is cancelled, we do have a refund policy that is structured on a time basis. Please ask for details.
Does the venue have a curfew for events?: Events are generally 11am-11pm, other times may apply depending on the event type. We have a local noise ordinance that requires that noise must cease by 11pm.
