- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Our cost varies seasonally with guest count, timeframe, and catering needs taken into consideration.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Set up and breakdown of all furniture and food stations, hotel-provided linens, riser and podium options. With options to set up client provided décor.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- All of our catering is expertly prepared in-house by our chef, who specializes in crafting customized menus tailored to guest preferences and dietary needs.
- Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?
- We work with an AV Contractor to provide a variety of audio-visual equipment. We offer several event spaces equipped with recessed screens and TV monitors, ensuring seamless presentations and entertainment.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- We offer four parking lots available for guest use. We have a surface lot located along Tennyson Avenue, two underground parking lots that enter into the hotel with easy access to the lobby, and overflow parking is available in the UPMC garage located across from the surface lot.
