Cottonwood is a 7200 square foot barn venue with white wood plank walls and big chandeliers that add to the magnificent mood. Our 70-foot outdoor balcony overlooks 80 acres of undulating hills and 100-year-old hardwoods. Cottonwood Barn Venue is a beautiful white barn set in the countryside of Paris, Texas. This property has 85 acres of beautiful natural terrain and a 7,500-square-foot barn. Couples and their guests can enjoy the tranquillity of the lake from the barn balcony or the 20x20 pier in the background, which is surrounded by magnificent hardwoods. Overnight lodging is only 4 miles away, and Dallas is only an hour and a half away. Capacity and Infrastructure Separate bridemaid and bridal suites are located above, while groomsmen quarters are located downstairs. There are two tiny bars outside that can be built in addition to the interior 35-foot bar. The barn is completely temperature controlled, allowing activities to take place at any time of year. Guests can enjoy the new whiskey/cigar bar, The Otis, which has outdoor games, or see the 6-acre lake from the barn's adjoining balcony. With a half-acre parking lot, couples will be able to bring over 350 family and friends to their wedding. Photographs can be taken everywhere throughout the estate, taking advantage of the farm's vast expanse, to record couples' special memories. Offers Services With the venue rental, we provide 150 crossback chairs and 15 farmhouse tables, with the option to rent an additional 150 seats and 10 tables. For their outdoor ceremonies, brides can choose from two arches and wedding pews, as well as a range of other furniture. Brides at Cottonwood are not restricted to a single location for their wedding ceremony, but rather to anything their imagination may conjure up.
