Our renowned and charming outdoor ceremony space is sheltered by a centuries-old Live Oak tree covered in moss. The Cooper House property, located in the center of Myrtle Beach, features two historic structures that are tucked away on 2 lush acres. The Main House, which is 102 years old, has undergone meticulous remodeling in order to keep the beauty and charm of its original design while incorporating contemporary conveniences. The home is light and airy during the day, but at night, when the intimate lighting highlights the elegance of the hardwood flooring, it takes on a romantic atmosphere. The General Store, which is 105 years old, evokes memories of bygone eras as one stands beneath the tall wooden rafters and is surrounded by antique wooden shelves that go all the way to the floor. The cage from the old post office and the enormous iron bank safe, which still stands in recognition of its previous usage, are prized fixtures. Both structures contain contemporary toilets, heating, and air conditioning. Given that they are naturally ornamented with all the magnificence of trees and plants dating back more than 150 years, the lovely Gardens are ideal for an outdoor wedding or party. Cooper House Myrtle Beach's vintage post office is built like a barn. On the day of your wedding, if Mother Nature feels the urge to water her handiwork, we simply transfer the ceremony inside The General Store. In addition to managing your Myrtle Beach destination wedding event on the big day, we will assist you with the initial wedding preparation. You only need to come and enjoy with your family.
