About Common House New Orleans
Located in the former Louisiana Children’s Museum, our 20,000 square-foot social club houses spaces for private events that can accommodate weddings, rehearsal dinners, cocktail receptions, and corporate events of up to 750 guests. Common House is ideal for hosting one-of-a-kind gatherings and celebrations. Our private event spaces are open to members and non-members alike and provide an all-inclusive atmosphere, complete with in-house catering, full bar services, furniture, and a professional waitstaff. We can not wait to work with you on your next gathering!

- All rentals include glassware, utensils, napkins, labor (servers, manager, and bartenders), speakers for background music, and clean-up and set-up of the listed Common House items. Additonally, each space includes Common Houses' event tables, event chairs and in-house furniture.

- Our event pricing varies based on factors like the time of year, day of the week, time of day, and the event space you choose. Let us know the date(s) you're considering, and we’ll be happy to provide a customized quote tailored to your event needs! **hint hint** week days usually cost less!
- What is the venue capacity?
- Common House can accommodate up to 750 guests for a standing cocktail reception with a full venue buyout. For events that do not require renting the entire club, our largest space is United. This large room can host up to 300 guests for a standing reception or 200 guests seated.
