The venue has two distinct ballrooms that may be turned into the right setting for any occasion. The Grand Ballroom: - Seats up to 300 for sit-down dinner - Up to 30, 60-inch round tables (included) - Elevated optional stage for DJ or band THE GRAND BALLROOM ON THE GROUND FLOOR CAN HOLD UP TO 300 PEOPLE. SUNLIGHT FILLS THE ROOM THROUGH ARCHED SPACIOUS WINDOWS. A SETTING BUILT FOR MEMORIES, WITH STUNNING ARCHITECTURE, CATHEDRAL CEILINGS, AND MAJESTIC CHANDELIERS The Palermo Ballroom: - Seats up to 200 for sit-down dinner - Up to 20, 60-inch round tables (included) - Elevated optional stage for DJ or band IN A DINING SETTING, THE PALERMO BALLROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR CAN HOLD A MAXIMUM OF 200 GUESTS. WITH RUSTIC WOOD EXPOSED BEAMED CEILINGS, GLEAMING WOODEN FLOORS, ANTIQUE WARM CHANDELIERS, AND LARGE PANORAMIC FRENCH DOORS THAT OPEN TO THE EXPANSIVE VERANDAS THAT OVERLOOK THE STATELY BILTMORE HOTEL, YOUR GUESTS WILL FEEL LIKE THIS IS SOMETHING OUT OF A FAIRYTALE. Comber Hall provides free and adequate parking on the property grounds for all guests' convenience. Your guests will have easy access to the Historic Comber Hall thanks to two parking lots as well as ample parking along Palermo Avenue and Indian Mound Trail. The full two-story facility is available for rent, with a 1 a.m. curfew.
