Our historic Northern California facilities — from ballrooms to boardrooms — are ideal for hosting a keynote address, conference, or special event. More than 20,000 square feet of event space is available. Two ballrooms, many event spaces, and flexible rooms that may be partitioned into multiple meeting locations are among the amenities available. The Claremont Ballroom is the largest of the hotel's ballrooms, and it includes a convenient built-in stage as well as stunning chandelier lighting. This ballroom is conveniently located near the main entrance and front desk, making it an excellent choice for large parties or conferences. The Empire Ballroom, which is ideal for large gatherings or conferences, is filled with natural light and has a neutral color scheme to complement it. The Alumni Room is distinguished by its dark woodwork and collection of old UC Berkeley pictures.
