What is included in the venue rental cost?
Setup & breakdown of the event space; Round tables, chivari chairs, dinnerware, silverware + glassware; White tablecloths and black or white napkins; Tables for gifts, place cards, and guest book; Power for entertainment; Buffet tables & serving utensils; Dedicated banquet manager + service staff
What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
In the event of cancellation, the security deposit and any partial payments will not be refunded. The following sliding scale will apply as liquidation damages - 45 days prior: 100% of expected, 46-90 days prior: 75% of expected, 91-120 days prior: 50% of expected, 121 days prior: 40% of expected

Underground parking is located at 515 S Flower St, Los Angeles, CA 90071. Enter at the first GOLD post for City National Plaza. Valet & walk down the 555 corridor. Bring the small white ticket for validation. Take escalator up to the plaza level & inform the security desk you are visiting City Club.
