We are a family-owned and operated event venue in Caldwell, Texas, located on Country Club Drive. The Circle C Barn at Copperas Creek is centrally positioned between Houston and Austin. For exclusive access to our venue and lodging, book one day or the entire weekend. We presently have on-site lodging for 14 people, with additional lodging for 18 people available 10 minutes away. The construction of ten on-site cabins is scheduled for late 2021 and 2022. 6,000 square feet of room for up to 250 guests in a rustic, elegant barn location great for your wedding. High beamed ceilings with exquisite yet rustic lighting will be featured in this temperature-controlled arena. With simple gray shiplap and rustic elements, the interior will be gorgeous. The Groomsmen and the Bridal Party each have dressing rooms in the front of the venue, with the Bridal dressing room having direct access to the Ladies Restroom. View the lighted patio space, outdoor entertaining area, grazing Longhorns, and the Lighted Pavillion and Fountain via the wall of windows. Outdoor ceremonies can be held at the Lighted Pavillion. The Circle C Barn at Copperas Creek is situated on a 10-acre property that includes a lovely pond. We are the area's newest wedding and special event location. We have a large venue and patio area that seats 250+ people, as well as a smaller Ceremony Pavillion that seats 100 people. We offer a variety of wonderful packages available, as well as rentals for on-site and nearby lodging for your wedding party and special visitors. Photographs will love it. There are numerous picture options across the site that include unique features such as tractors, buggies, an antique truck, and other stuff that will make your event photographs stand out. For Ceremonies, we are handicap accessible and dog friendly. Packages for Weddings A wide range of wedding packages are available.
