Cincinnati Shakespeare Company is a resident ensemble theatre company bringing Shakespeare and the Classics to life for all. It is also Over-the-Rhine's most exclusive wedding venue. Hold your wedding at the Otto M. Budig Theatre in the heart of Over-the-Rhine and you’ll unlock: The spotlight – Truly take center stage on your big day. The CSC’s Mainstage Theater can seat up to 250 guests and all eyes will be on you. The Bridgeland, overlooking Washington Park, comfortable accommodates 125. Or, if you’d prefer, the Linnemann Family Lobby is available as well for a dramatic entrance down the Grand Staircase. The views – Toast your nuptials with a reception boasting a unique view of OTR’s Washington Park through the floor-to-ceiling windows of CSC’s Bridgeland Performance Studio. The theatrics – CSC can deliver the drama. Do you want a custom projection of your monogram? Are you interested in set pieces to enhance the theme of your wedding? Have you ever dreamed of an enchanted garden party à la A Midsummer Night’s Dream? The CSC Production Team is ready to discuss every option to make your dreams a reality. - Event rental ranges from $500 - $3,500 depending on day of the week, time, and space requested.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Venue Rental cost is for the space and the following items added at no cost: podium, lectern, wireless mic, wired mic, large screen TV, projector screen (Bridgeland), wireless speakers, wired speakers, music stands, and laptop.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- Only your imagination! We're theatre people and we're known to be a little dramatic. Talk to us about how we can make your day memorable.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- No, but we're happy to refer you to some of our favorite caterers in the area!
