- Can I host my wedding ceremony at the Chicago Botanic Garden?
- No ceremonies are allowed at the Chicago Botanic Garden unless hosted in conjunction with a catered reception meeting catering and guest count minimums, arranged in advance with Private Events.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- All Food and Beverage services are provided by Culinary Landscape, the Chicago Botanic Garden’s exclusive on-site caterer. Catering services are in addition to your venue rental fee.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- Private Events Guests have FREE parking/admission to the Chicago Botanic Garden for your wedding/event and valet options are available for an additional fee if desired.
- Is the venue handicap accessible?
- Wheelchairs are available free at the Information Desk in the Visitor Center. Accessible parking is located in parking lots 1 and 2. Nearly all areas of the Garden are accessible by wheelchair.
- Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
- The Chicago Botanic Garden requires clients hire a professional planner/day of planner for receptions hosting a wedding ceremony onsite. Planner recommendations can be provided by your sales manager.
