Rhubarb Hospitality Collection is the exclusive catering & events partner for Chelsea Square.

Does the venue have a curfew for events?

There is a 70 decibel sound restriction after 11PM. Outdoor events must end by 10PM.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Our venue is ADA compliant and features an elevator and accessible restroom on each floor.

Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?

Our Conference Center has built in projectors, screens, and wireless microphones. The Refectory has a wireless microphone and light music capabilities; however, most events bring in additional A/V equipment as needed.

Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?

We are happy to recommend our preferred vendors! Insured external vendors are permitted.

Is this The High Line Hotel?

Chelsea Square's event spaces are managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection and are separate from The High Line Hotel. The High Line Hotel is adjacent to our event space and can be contacted directly for room blocks.

WELCOMING BOOKINGS THROUGH JUNE 2024 Due to anticipated construction, we are unable to consider events beyond June of 2024.
