- Clients must use our exclusive A/V & Lighting provider (Luminae Productions)
- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- At Chelsea Industrial, we have a list of 6 preferred caterers – any outside catering is subject to a $5,000 buyout fee.
- Is there a noise ordinance?
- Yes, no amplified music can be played after 11pm.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- A proposal will include the space rental fee along with incidental costs, such as cleaning, garbage removal, utilities, a venue coordinator and security team.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- Once booked the event can no longer be canceled within 90 days of the event start date, depending upon availability it can be rescheduled.
