What is included in the venue rental cost?

A proposal will include the space rental fee along with incidental costs, such as cleaning, garbage removal, utilities, a venue coordinator and security team.

What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?

Once booked the event can no longer be canceled within 90 days of the event start date, depending upon availability it can be rescheduled.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Yes, the Yard and Village spaces within the venue are handicap accessible.

Will I need to get any permits?

Any event with more than 74 people will require a TPA permit (Temporary Place of Assembly) we are more than happy to recommend a partner who can assist with any necessary permitting, include street parking and construction permitting if required.
