At Chateau Luxe, we provide flexible pricing tailored to your unique event needs. Clients can choose between all-inclusive packages that include both full service catering, bar services and venue space which is based on a food & beverage minimum; or we offer a venue rental-only option allowing for use of an approved outside caterer, and the option to select a la carte services tailored to your unique event. With a variety of indoor and outdoor venues at Chateau Luxe, we can accommodate events of all sizes and styles. Our pricing is based on the specific space chosen, time of year, event duration, and any additional services such as catering or planning services, among others which you may wish to use. Our flexible vendor policy allows outside vendors for most event services, provided they meet the criteria of our Outside Vendor Policy to ensure the highest quality service and safety. This flexibility ensures you can create a bespoke event that is simply unforgettable while staying within your budget.

- Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
- Absolutely! Each Client & Event at Chateau Luxe is assigned a Professional Event Concierge. They handle all of the details related to the Venue and work with your Event Planner to ensure all of the details are carried out flawlessly.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- Yes! Chateau Luxe has 2 parking lots on either side of the circular drive which leads to the expansive entry way. Our lots can accommodate events of 600-800 guests, and we have overflow parking options for events larger than that!
- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- We offer a preferred vendor list which includes our most trusted partners who can help make your day extra special. We do allow other vendors who are not on the list to work at your event, but they must have a certificate of insurance provided to us in advance.
- What is the venue capacity?
- We have a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces ranging from small to giant! We can host events of up to 2,000 people or for as little as 15 people. See our photos to check out the beautiful spaces at Chateau Luxe.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- Chateau Luxe has an award-winning Executive Chef & Culinary Team, plus a Pastry Chef in our full service on-site kitchen. We have a variety of menu options for you to choose from, or you can meet with the chefs and create a completely custom menu to satisfy your every wish!
