We are Kevin and Lisa Carter of Cooper, Texas, who have extensive ties in the Delta County area of the state. Kevin graduated from Cooper High School in 1984 with the class of 1984. Lisa is originally from Deer Park, Texas, and we've been married for 26 years now. Our onsite bridal suite and grooms' cabin are available for your convenience on the day of your wedding, so that you may get ready in style.
