A unique, outdoor event space that is perfect for both cocktail receptions and seated dinners. This open space has the flexibility to accommodate a variety of event layouts. A nearly 200’ long, clear-top seasonal tent is included in the site fee, with options to add-on connecting tents for those events with larger guest counts; up to 700-seated. The moss-covered colonnades also provide for additional covered space, as well as a tranquil backdrop to any photo. Exclusive access to exhibits are available, based on sunset times. The Central Park Zoo is much more than just a zoo, it’s a premier event location!

Site fee rental ranges between $20,000-$25,000+. Catering, lighting and rentals are all additional expenses.
What is included in the venue rental cost?
Rental costs include access to the Central Park Zoo after hours, the event tent and cook tent. Select exhibits available depending on sunset time and as per zoo's discretion.
What is the venue capacity?
Cocktail style capacity is 1,800. Seated capacity within the seasonal tent is 300. Additional tenting available for seating up to 700 through our exclusive vendor.
