Casa De Lago

Casa de Lago is situated on the shores of a picturesque lake in Eisenhower Park in Orange, California. The venue provides a perfectly serene setting for intimate weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, and other gatherings for up to 250 guests in a beautiful natural setting. Casa de Lago features floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the lake and park, as well as a garden setting with mature trees. Daniel Lyons Catering is one of the preferred catering vendors for Casa de Lago, and they provide an all-inclusive event package for weddings, corporate functions, birthdays, and other special occasions. Daniel Lyons Catering is located in the heart of downtown San Diego. Having graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York, Chef Daniel Lyons is a Master Chef in his own right. Chef Daniel Lyons completed his one-year European apprenticeship at the Hotel Europa in Lucerne, Switzerland, following graduation from the Culinary Institute of America. Chef Daniel returned to the United States after completing his culinary training in Europe, where he completed his three-year American apprenticeship at the Omni International Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. Previously, he held positions as Garde Manager and Banquet/Pastry Chef in four and five-star hotels, including the Hyatt Regency in Atlanta and the Newport Beach Marriott. He was the Banquet Chef at the Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel, when it first opened its doors. While working as a Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel in Atlanta, Chef Lyons prepared seven-course sit-down and buffet dinners for President Carter and President Ronald Reagan, respectively.
