The venue, which was built in 1926, was previously the house of one of Los Angeles' most well-known architects. The building's creative pedigree can be seen in the unique design characteristics throughout the site, which was later bought by Otis College of Art and Design. In all of Los Angeles, there is absolutely nothing else like it. As you walk into the entrance rooms, hand stenciled fresco ceilings catch your eye. The manly seating settings in the north studio are paired with heavenly feminine artwork. The baby grand piano can be used to play a charming serenade or simply to add to the rich décor. Vintage, well-curated sitting settings, and attractive artwork may be seen in the south studio. Cocktails, light meals, discussion, and dancing are all perfectly suited for these rooms. The house's heart is alive with activity thanks to the central courtyard.
