Every cantina is a representation of the culture of the community in which it is located. In terms of gastronomy, we have an extensive menu of Mexican Cuisine dishes, with dishes from each state of the country represented, as well as traditional techniques and recipes (handmade tortillas, sauces made in a molcajete), as well as avant-garde techniques such as vacuum cooking, spherification, foam, and so on. We are continually updating our menu and the chef's suggestions to include new and high-quality foods as they become available. Our decorations have been carefully chosen from among the most illustrious artisans in Mexico's history. We take pleasure in its hues, which are set inside the geometry of Mexican Art Deco building, and which frame the magnificence of its magic with bright black and golden colors. The centerpiece of our establishment are our colossal bars, which provide one of the most extensive tequila and mezcal selections in town, as well as tasty and sophisticated cocktails crafted by our bar manager.
