It's white walls framed by it's architectural details (40 FT high wood ceiling, ironwork and brick) & BOSE surround sound system in every room. It will allow for your event dreams to become a reality. 3-D Projection Mapping in-house is now available! Please inquire with your event specialist. Our space focuses on the energy & ambiance each room provides for you to create your own canvas. - IS THERE A WAITLIST FOR DATES?
- • Since dates are available on a first come first serve basis, there is no wait list for dates. • Once a deposit is made the date is held for that client.
- CAN MY DATE BE HELD WHILE I MAKE A DECISION?
- • We will honor a 1 week soft hold from the time of an initial site visit. • If you decide to not proceed with your event your soft hold will be released. • If we receive a challenge for your date then you have 72 hours to decide on how to proceed.
- I’M INTERESTED IN A DATE THAT SOMEONE ELSE HAS ON HOLD—WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
- • If you are prepared with a deposit and signed contract, you can formally challenge a first hold. This means that the first hold client has 72 hours to deposit and sign a contract for the date. • If the holding client does not formally book within those 72 hours the date is released to you
- HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I RESERVE MY DATE?
- • Reservations for dates can be made up to a year in advance.
- HOW MANY HOURS ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL OF THE SPACE?
- • Minimum 4 hour event duration not including setup and breakdown.
