Camp Palehua

A deeper awareness of the ina awakens a passion for stewardship in our community and beyond at Camp Pelehua, a puuhonua. The goal of Camp Plehua is to provide both locals and tourists from all around the world with extraordinary mauka experiences. We provide gatherings to network and increase collaboration opportunities in our community, educational programs and activities to support the next generation of stewards, and overnight accommodations to help visitors form close personal bonds with the land. A portion of Gill 'Ewa Lands, LLC's 1,600 acres of agricultural and conservation land includes Camp Plehua (formerly Camp Timberline) (GEL). We have commanding views of O'ahu's southern and western coastlines as we are positioned on the southern slopes of the Wai'anae mountains, tucked away in a forest. GEL is dedicated to preserving the natural world, cultural landmarks, and regenerating the native forest. Individuals and groups interested in environmental education, cultural preservation, outdoor adventure, team building exercises, and plain old fun are welcome!
