Kozo Hasegawa, the CEO of Global Dining Inc., traveled to the United States in 1991 to open his first international restaurant, which would later become known as La Bohème in West Hollywood, California. Inspired by a lifetime of travel experiences, he set out to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience with La Bohème, which is now widely regarded as one of the most romantic scenes in Los Angeles. The garden patio is accented with beautiful roses and fragrant jasmine, and it includes a fireplace. With their low tungsten light, majestic French chandeliers dangle from high ceilings, illuminating a dining room that is both spacious and intimate at the same time.
