Welcome to Broussard Farm Broussard Farm is a working ranch, a private residence, and the setting for a number of special events. The Farm is located in southeast Texas and has a historic mansion known as "the Broussard house," which was erected in 1857. Guests can enjoy the exquisite dancing venue, Sevenne Hall, while on the premises. The Sevenne Broussard House, which has been wonderfully renovated, is steeped in history and a bygone era's prominence. You have a lot of alternatives when you choose Broussard Farm. Historic Broussard House is the ideal location for individuals who prefer an outside ceremony. Regardless of your color choice, the large porch and columns provide unlimited decoration opportunities. Intimate grass seating allows family and friends to celebrate your special day in person. Before your guests arrive at Sevenne (Say-Van) Hall, you can set the tone with a walk down the alley at Broussard Farm. The Hall was designed to seem like some of the state's oldest dance halls. It has a stage, sound system, and special lighting and is completely climate controlled. The patio area and adjacent grounds provide a relaxing setting for those looking to reconnect with old acquaintances or simply enjoy a good discussion. The Broussard House The Broussard House, built by the homeowner's great-great grandfather in 1857, provides a lovely setting for outdoor events. Sevenne Hall Sevenne Hall Tables and chairs are provided at no cost. Up to 300 people can be accommodated. The Barn The Barn is the ideal location for private events such as wedding rehearsal dinners, company meetings, birthday parties, and bridal showers. Up to 50 people can be accommodated.
