WEDDINGS Choose a memorable location for your once-in-a-lifetime event! The majestic 1800s southern style manor house at Bristow Manor provides the ideal setting for weddings and other occasions. The grounds, located 35 miles west of Washington, D.C. in the scenic rolling countryside of Bristow, Virginia, offer a tranquil ambiance for guests to enjoy. Ceremonies For outdoor ceremonies, our vast and impeccably kept lawn is the ideal setting. The grounds are splashed with seasonal flowers and natural greenery throughout the year to offer a lovely backdrop for every season. Indoor ceremonies are also available in the manor house and state chamber. Receptions | Manor House & State Room Our manor house has 14-foot ceilings with crystal chandeliers, classic fireplaces, elaborate crown molding, and ancient architectural features. The historic ballroom, parlor, and bar sections of the manor home are great for cocktail hour and smaller events. We offer separate dressing rooms and a balcony overlooking the lush grounds and gorgeous sunsets as you walk up the grand staircase to the upper floor of the manor house. Our state room reception venue is connected to the manor home. The state room's magnificent oak floors, big arched windows, and capacity for up to 150 people make it a great location for receptions. The state room can be expanded to accommodate up to 250 people for larger events. Crystal chandeliers and delicate ceiling draping create an enchanted atmosphere in the state chamber. Guests can enjoy the social setting of speaking under the sun or moonlight on the state room's many outdoor deck settings. Services Bristow Manor is a full-service venue that provides catering, beverages, complete set-up, and day-of coordination.
