About Brass Bear Brewing
In February 2016, we opened the doors to Brass Bear Brewing in the Funk Zone of Santa Barbara, CA, one block from the ocean, featuring our high-quality craft beer, rotating guest taps, wine, sparkling wine, and cider. Locally sourced ingredients are vital to our menu. Our menu comprises locally sourced charcuterie boards, tri-tip skewers, chicken, shrimp, occasionally shark, burger, and hot toasted sandwiches. During a cross-country National Parks road trip from New York to California, the Brass Bear name was born! Coincidentally, in our favorite park. We went camping in Glacier (the kind which involves signing your life away at the ranger station and being armed with bear spray). The late afternoon sun hit the bears perfectly and turned them into a beautiful brass color. They glanced our way and with a decisive grunt carried on. We agreed over dinner that night that this would be the perfect name for our own business one day, to remind us to face our fears and keep on trekking!

- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- Yes, we provide all catering in-house. Wedding cakes and/or special desserts can be brought in with a plating fee. Brass Bear also offers full service catering if you'd like us to cater at a venue of your choice!
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- Yes! We offer a selection of spirits, beer, wine, cider, kombucha, and nonalcoholic beverages.
- Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?
- We have an in-house microphone + speaker, as well as a screen + projector, available to rent for fully private events or full venue buyouts. We can also provide an A/V attendant if needed.
- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- You are welcome to use vendors of your choice, and we are happy to help with vendor recommendations as needed!
- What is the venue capacity?
