Facing the beautiful Central Park and just three blocks from Pearl Street Mall, BMoCA is the ideal location for your event. Each season, BMoCA’s galleries are transformed by a new group of world-renowned artists. The artwork presents a unique backdrop for your event and an opportunity for all guests to experience the vision of contemporary artists. In addition to the exquisite galleries, there is a dedicated modern event space on the second level that can be tailored to suit your vision. BMoCA is proud to have Three Leaf Concepts as our exclusive caterer. For more information regarding catering, please email info@threeleafcatering.com or call 303-862-8584. In addition to their exquisite catering, Three Leaf Concepts is comprised of several local, award-winning restaurants, including: The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse, Chautauqua Dining Hall, Leaf Vegetarian Restaurant, Zucca, Three Leaf Farm, Boulder Tea Company, and The Huckleberry. BMoCA is a nonprofit organization, and venue rental income directly supports the museum’s exhibitions, programs, and outreach initiatives.

- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Venue Rental Fees vary by day of week and time of day. Daytime Event: 9am - 5pm $1,400 – $2,300 Evening Event: 5pm - 12am $2300 – $4250
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- All prices listed above include full access the 2nd floor event space, 70 black wooden chairs, and up to ten 6-foot banquet tables with black linens provided by BMoCA. All rentals with a fee of $3,000 or above will receive a Museum Hopper membership to BMoCA in the name of the renter.
- Is the venue handicap accessible?
- Yes! BMoCA is fully handicap accessible, with an outdoor ramp, nearby accessible parking, accessible restrooms, a passenger elevator to the 2nd floor, and a wheelchair lift between the 2nd floor event space and 2nd floor gallery.
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- Yes, BMoCA holds a liquor license and will manage all alcohol ordering and serving for your event.
- Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?
- Yes, we offer an A/V package which includes loudspeakers, microphones, a mixer, a 12 foot by 7-foot white screen, and a 6000 lumen Optoma projector.
