Bold Monk Brewing Co. serves as a welcome reprieve from the bustle of downtown, allowing guests to refresh their spirits, sharpen their wits, and reconnect with old and new acquaintances in a warm, eclectic space where traditional meets modern and worlds merge. The Bold Monk pays homage to humanity and all of its beautiful contrasts with a restaurant, brewery, library, coffee shop, and beer garden. It's a location where people may get together to celebrate the art of life. The Salon, right beyond Bold Monk's oak paneled entry, is an atrium-like gallery room with a wall of windows, soaring ceilings, and a vast collection of paintings on its walls. Its 360-degree bar, handcrafted alabaster tables, and beer garden bench-style seating encourage conversation and gatherings of all sizes, making it ideal for receptions. Luxurious lounge seating, a modern bookstore, family-style tables, and a second bar are all available at The Abbey. The architectural ambiance, reminiscent of European monasteries, gives exceptional acoustics for live music or talks, with a projection available for any occasion. A bird's eye perspective of the brewery is provided by intricate Mondrian-influenced glasswork along the back mezzanine wall. With communal-style dining for parties of 10 to 40 in our Cask Room, we replicate and honor the storied monastic practice of shared joy and spirit, with family portions and self-serve from curated selections. The Cask Room Communal Style Dining menu may be seen on page 9. The Beer Cellar is a small, low-lit dining space with comfortable booth seating, encircled by exquisite brickwork and a cedar panelled ceiling, only steps below the Salon. The Beer Cellar is a secondary area with limited seats that may be coupled with any other Bold Monk venue for an event.
