Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What is the cancellation policy?
  2. If you cancel with 6 months or more advanced notice, 50% of your deposit will be refunded to you. If you cancel with less than 6 months of notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
  3. What are the available hours for an event?
  4. Evening events run from 4pm to 12-midnight. The “last call” at the bar will be at 11:30pm and the music must end by 11:50pm. Daytime events are also available - please contact us to coordinate and schedule.
  5. What time can we start setting up our event?
  6. Event set-up can begin as early as 8am on the day of the event.
