Our 29 acres of lush landscapes and three distinct event sites allow us to accommodate any size or style of event; if you can dream it, we can make it happen. Western Ranch Events is the host at Blomgren Ranch; we are here to help guide you with over 12 years of experience. We meet with each client to go over all details, anything from choosing your event site, layout of tables and chairs, and suggesting trusted vendors to ensure your event is to your satisfaction and meets your expectations. INCLUDED SERVICES When you host your event through Western Ranch Events you also get to take advantage of our vast network of vendors and our extensive offering of on-site services. All of our event bookings include the following services as part of the base event cost: -Standard white tables -Standard white chairs -Linens - black, white, ivory -Table skirts -Restrooms -String lighting -Ice -Self parking -Post event clean-up -Set-up of event for services we provide -Bartending staff - licensed and certified -Security staff - licensed and certified -Event insurance - accidental VENUE OPTIONS Blomgren Ranch has a number of spaces on the property to accommodate any event type, size, or style. If you can dream it, we can help you make it happen. - Lower Lawn Can accommodate up to 1500 guests for sit down dinner. - Center Lawn Can accommodate up to 300 guests for sit down dinner. Adjacent Bridal Suite provided with Center Lawn. - The Barn Can accommodate up to 300 guests for sit down dinner inside. Can accommodate an additional 100 to 200 guests outside. Adjacent Bridal Suite provided with The Barn. Dance floor and sound system included. - The Gazebo Perfect add-on to The Barn or Center Lawn venue options. Primarily set-up for hosting of the Ceremony portion of your event.

- What is the cancellation policy?
- If you cancel with 6 months or more advanced notice, 50% of your deposit will be refunded to you. If you cancel with less than 6 months of notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
- What are the available hours for an event?
- Evening events run from 4pm to 12-midnight. The “last call” at the bar will be at 11:30pm and the music must end by 11:50pm. Daytime events are also available - please contact us to coordinate and schedule.
- What time can we start setting up our event?
- Event set-up can begin as early as 8am on the day of the event.
- Is there a Bridal Suite available?
- Yes, there are Bridal Suites included in the Center Lawn and The Barn venue options.
