We offer three distinct spaces tailored to fit any event size with impeccable style and versatility. The building is named after the former occupant, the Billy Penn Corporation, operator of an an aluminum facility at 1516 N 5th St for many years. The oldest sections were constructed in Olde Kensington in the early 1900s as a lumber facility.

- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- The cost for an event depends on which event space you choose! Our minimum pricing for an event space is a total of $3000 for our Alloy Room / Loft, and $4000 for the Glass Annex Atrium. Includes the event space, insurance, security, cleaning and furniture. Does not include catering / decor etc.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Our fee includes the event space, insurance, security, cleaning and furniture, and parking. We have 80 chairs + eight 72" tables. Additional decor, and anything needed for a vendor is not included. We have numerous vendors to work with for any event needs!
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- As standard in the event industry, refunds for nearly all circumstances are not provided. We will happily transfer any fees to another date!
- What is the venue capacity?
- We can host events up to 350 people. Seated capacity depends on how you plan to set up!
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- For events we have a preferred cater list. Our list includes DiBruno Brothers, 12th St Catering, Sage Catering and Feast Your Eyes.
