Be Bubbly Lounge & Bistro is the first and only dedicated sparkling wine lounge in Napa Valley offering over 60 labels of bubbly, 20 by the glass and 6 curated flights- all can be paired with delicious bites made to order! Our venue offers a warm, authentic, and celebratory vibe for your guests whether it be a small group of 10 to 15 people in our private Champagne Room or 20 -30 friends for a post wine tour sabering and bubbly palette refresh, or a 70 person bubbly & bites gathering! We love to customize experiences with you! OR What could be better than having a Be Bubbly Specialist bring the party to you?!? Our team of highly-educated bubbles and event experts will pack up the good stuff, a couple of sabers & some bouchons to come pour joy at your venue of choice! - What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- We understand that plans change, we ask that you give 2 weeks notice if you plan to cancel and we will provide a full refund. A one weeks notice will receive a 50% refund and within one week a 20% refund.
- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- If you are interested in reserving the entire lounge, the rental is $1000. For the private Champagne Room, we charge $250.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- We have a limited in-house menu that works well for small parties, however for more elaborate affairs, we welcome outside caterers.
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- As of 2023 we have a beer & wine license. We expect to have a liquor license in 2024.
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- Napa has a 10PM noise ordinance, however, inside Be Bubbly, we are allowed to host private events until 1AM.
