Bayou City Event Center

With five unique spaces to host your event, the Bayou City Event Center is Houston's largest privately owned event venue and the largest in the state of Texas. It is possible to accommodate up to 2,500 people in theater-style seating and up to 1,500 guests in an attractive banquet setting in our enormous indoor Grand Ballroom. The Cypress, Magnolia A, and Magnolia B Ballrooms are the three usable spaces within these ballrooms, which are likewise divided into three sections. We also have a smaller Lakeview Ballroom with a stunning visual experience that is perfect for smaller gatherings. Get some fresh air on our Patio, which is the newest addition to the building, or organize an outside event in our covered Pavilion. The Pavilion is our most expansive outdoor event area, and it is flanked by a big parking lot that provides us with an additional 135,000 square feet of useful event space. As a result, THINK BIG AND DREAM BIG! We have the space, the skill, and the desire to work with you to make your vision a reality for your special event. The use of private helicopter landings on the premises, firework displays, elephants and horse drawn carriages, exotic cars in our ballrooms, abundant food, elaborate programs and décor, entertainment, and celebrity appearances are all encouraged. If you can imagine it, we will do everything we can to make it a reality.
