What is the venue capacity?: 150 seated. 400 standing.
Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?: Yes. Our event coordinator is here to make sure your event goes off without a hitch. Consider her the bridge between the goings on of the venue and your event.
What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?: Cancellations are allowed up to one week prior to the date of the event and a 30% cancellation fee will apply.
How much does it cost to rent the venue?: This ultimately depends on our availability and what the details of the event are. We take each event on a case-by-case basis to ensure we can accommodate every request in the time needed.
What is included in the venue rental cost?: The details will be ironed out as the details are confirmed but we do our best to include everything we have built into our venue including our bar, DJ booth, full kitchen, private bathrooms, private dining room / green room, raw bar, dance floor and more.
