- Average venue rental is between $500 - $2500++ dependent on space, guest count and food and beverage minimum. Rental may increase or decrease based on specific needs.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- While each space at the hotel is unique, venue rental includes tables, chairs, basic modern decor, set up and tear down of space and may include existing seating in some areas.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- Cancellation policy is tailored to the event date size, and possibility of resale in case of cancellation. Inquire with your event planner.
- What is the venue capacity?
- We have a wide variety of spaces for groups from 10 guests-190 guests and all sizes in-between with floor to ceiling windows and stunning Seattle views.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- We ask that nothing be attached to the walls or windows and that there are no open flames of adhesives that could damage the building. We are happy to welcome your decor as long as you get advanced permission.
