- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- No, guests are able to arrange and bring in their own alcohol :)
- What is the venue capacity?
- Any individual space can accommodate up to 50 guests. When multiple spaces are being activated in on a flow, we can accommodate up to 150 guests.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- The lodge has a banquet kitchen on the lowest level for culinary teams to use in addition to the penthouse and rooftop kitchens. We do allow outside catering from restaurants, private chefs, and other caterers.
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- The city of Aspen has a noise ordinance starting at 10pm. We encourage large events with amplified music to move inside to our Penthouse or basement late night lounge after 10pm.
- Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
- Yes, we have a seasoned team of event professionals who are happy to provide vendor recommendations and assist with the management of the event!
