Soaring Heights B&B Venue uniquely combines versatile event space with luxury accommodations, all under one roof! The spacious venue is conveniently located at a private, sleepy, airport in McKinney, TX. We offer any combination of stay and event space to suit your needs. Use your own vendors. Since our establishment in 2018, our goal at Soaring Heights B&B Venue has been to provide beautiful and affordable spaces for our guests. We specialize in accommodating groups of various sizes so friends and families can spend precious time together around special celebrations. Examples of past events include birthday celebrations, baby showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, Thanksgiving dinners, company retreats, conferences, and weddings. - What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Depending on your plans, the fee may include access to one or both homes for one or more days, the Venue space for the event, cleaning fees. For your convenience tables, chairs and 8x16 stage included in the default pricing. For timings and booking Please contact us at 510-579-6605.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- Cancel at least 90 days in advance to receive 100% of your deposit. Cancel between 90 and 30 days before your event for a 50% refund of your deposit. Venue reservation fees are non-transferable and non-refundable if you cancel less than 30 days before your event.
- What is the venue capacity?
- we currently limit occupancy of the hangar space to 300 guests. The homes can sleep up to 14 guests each.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- Yes we got onsite parking.
- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- We got preferred list posted on the website. But we allow customers to choose vendors as per there choice. We are open for new vendors to come and handle your event as per your selections.
