About Above The Heights
Above The Heights is a newly built 13,000+ SF private event space in Upper Manhattan’s premier 23-story mixed-use tower – Radio 181. Located on the 12th floor with two outdoor terraces with unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline and George Washington Bridge, the event space can host a variety of occasions from conferences, product launches, and corporate galas to weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, mitzvahs for up to 500 guests. The main space is light-filled with an outdoor terrace that can host up to 300 guests and an adjacent indoor/outdoor space (fully operational as a bar and pre-function area on its own or in conjunction with the main event space) that can host up to 150 guests. The two outdoor spaces, on the southern and northern sides, offer spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline, Hudson & Harlem River, George Washington Bridge, and not to mention incredible sunsets and twinkling city lights as your backdrop.

- What is the venue capacity?
- We offer 2 spaces that can be rented separately or together. Our North Studio + Terrace can seat up to 300 guests, depending on your event, and our South Studio + Terrace can seat up to 200. Our total capacity if you are renting the entire floor is 500.
- Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?
- Yes! We have 3 projectors and screens, as well as a sound system that can be tied into. These items can be rented for an additional fee.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- Yes! We can provide up to 170 on-site parking spaces for an additional fee.
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- Each rental allows for 16 hours for set-up, event and breakdown. Rentals begin at 10am and our guest curfew is 12am. Vendor curfew is 2am. We can extend as late as 2am for an overtime fee of $1000/hour. We also have an amplified music curfew of 11pm for our outdoor spaces.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- We are a raw space, meaning only the space is included in the rental cost; everything else from your furniture rental to your catering and décor will be provided by outside vendors contracted by you.
