- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- We are a custom-priced venue, and pricing is determined after a site visit. On average, room rental fees across our four ballrooms are approximately $40++ per person, which includes the room, tables, and chairs.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- The rental fee covers the room, tables, and chairs. Additionally, we are the preferred vendor for bar services.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- Deposits are non-refundable. However, cancellations are permitted, and all paid amounts can be applied to another event within one year of the original date at Above the Block.
- What is the venue capacity?
- Capacity depends on the room selected. The full buyout capacity is 1,000 attendees.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- Yes, the following items are not allowed: Open flames Confetti CO2 cannons
