About AB Hillsboro Village
Formerly Anzie Blue, AB Hillsboro Village is Nashville's best, newest live music and event venue for concerts, wedding receptions, parties, pop-ups, comedy, dinner parties, conferences, book tours, corporate events, and more. We can accommodate up to 250 attendees (or 150 seated) and have a full bar, custom stage (12' x 12' x 3') and in-house production (sound and lights), dressing room/green room, and catering kitchen. Nashville's only woman-owned music venue, AB has been extensively featured in both local and national press — everywhere from The Washington Post, NPR, and Variety to Nashville Business Journal and Nashville Scene. Located in vibrant, historic Hillsboro Village, AB has an adjacent parking garage with one hour of free parking for 100+ vehicles. Belmont University and Vanderbilt University are less than one mile away. There are 20+ Sonder apartments available to rent nightly in the same building as AB. AB’s rental fee includes turn-key solutions for your event. We have everything in-house: wi-fi, ten 60" round tables, black linens, eight whiskey barrels/cocktail tables, two 55" TVs in our front window, two 55" TVs on stands, 20 gold barstools at the bar, 50 green velvet chairs, and 30 round white/gold side tables. Our 360° video/photo booth is available to rent.

Rental includes: barstools, tables, stage, dressing room, wi-fi, and a display monitor in our window. Sound tech is $400 additional, photo booth is $750, event photographer $500. Optional open bar: add $25 per guest per hour for well drinks package, add $50 per guest per hour for top shelf drinks package.

- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- • Our rate is $1000/hr (2 hour minimum) • A WEEKEND FULL DAY BUYOUT is $10,000 (7 am - midnight) • If you prefer to book more than 12 months in advance, EARLY BIRD BOOKING is an additional $1,000
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- • Use of the main space, stage, dressing room, bathrooms, and catering kitchen (no cooking). • WiFi • (10) 60" Round Tables • (6) Whiskey Barrel Tables • (1) 55" TV in Front Window • (20) Barstools at Bar • Linens and glassware • Free 1st hour of parking in the adjacent garage ($15 max for 24hrs)
