8 Chains North takes pride in being a low-cost wedding venue in Northern Virginia, with packages to accommodate practically every budget, ensuring that you may have the vineyard wedding, vow renewal, or elopement of your dreams. Our typical capacity is 110 people, but with additional seating under our covered patio, we can accommodate up to 130 people. The winery provides a great deal of flexibility for weddings of all kinds and sizes. Our employees, chosen caterers, and vendors are the best in the business. Everyone participating in your wedding wants it to be a magical, unforgettable event. VINEYARD CEREMONIES Wedding ceremonies are held in the vineyard's front field. The setting sun in the western sky creates a breathtakingly gorgeous spectacle. Prior to or after the ceremony, photographers may take images of the bride and groom among the vines. THE COMPASS ROSE ROOM The Compass Rose Room is the ideal setting for your winery wedding reception or rehearsal dinner in Virginia. It's a wide, open area with high ceilings, exquisite lighting, and double French doors leading to the covered Patio, which can seat up to 110 people. The atmosphere is traditionally rustic. Your guests will enjoy being in the center of a boutique Virginia winery, in addition to being a great wedding location in Northern Virginia. The cork-covered walls and the glass barrel room window add dramatic wine-related accents. The Compass Rose Room also has a catering kitchen adjacent to it, allowing for simple and efficient serving. COCKTAILS ON THE LAWN During cocktail hour, your guests will have plenty of space to socialize on our wide patio and grass. If requested, there is space for cornhole or other lawn activities. The vista, as well as the promise of a spectacular sunset over the vineyard, will be enjoyed by guests. When the weather is nice, the French doors can be left open to give the reception a wonderful indoor-outdoor ambiance.
