3 Stories is a brand new, 5,000-square-foot event space located in the heart of downtown Houston. Launched in fall 2023, our rooftop deck offers stunning views of the city skyline, making it the perfect spot for weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, and more. How much does it cost to rent the venue?: or meetings or photography, rentals are available at $150 per hour with a 2-hour minimum and only Monday – Thursday. Workshops are $200 per hour and only during the weekday. Rates increase after 25 persons. Events rentals range from $1600 - $3500 plus a bar corking fee. You can BYOB.
What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?: If a rental is canceled at least 30 days prior to the rental date, Renter may apply their deposit toward a future rental date (transfer).
What is the venue capacity?: The venue can hold 500 people. We prefer events with less than 400 people.
Does the venue have any décor restrictions?: No
Does the venue offer on-site catering options?: We have preferred vendors or you can use your own.
