Regular menu items include oak smoked beef brisket, hickory smoked chicken, dry rub ribs done with apple and cherry wood & apple-hickory smoked pulled pork. Since no man can live on barbeque alone, we will also offer a daily menu featuring local products and world flavors. Soups, salads, fresh fish, and interesting takes on sashimi.
