Our beautiful downtown Los Angeles Cider House is perfect for every occasion. Escape to our hideaway in the ever growing River Station where you can relax the mind, restore your body, and enjoy the Coastal Oasis. Venue Rental Capabilities include: Parties, events, corporate outings, meeting and work space, weddings, pop-up events, photoshoots and videography. Please note: Pricing is determined on venue space rather than head count of events. All rental time slots must include proper set up and break down as well. Starting rental fee starts at $500/hour minimum of 4 hours. $2200 for 1/2 day ($550 per hour additional beyond 4) or $3500 for the full day. This price is based on rental outside of regular business hours. Business hours are 9am to 8pm daily. Rental fee for entire space will depend on size of event. Please Note: We offer separate rates for photoshoots/videography shoots. If the facility is required to be shut down for the day, the maximum rental fee will be applied. Please inquire for additional information and rates. Overtime: For shoots and larger events, if over 12 hours are requested in a single day, there will be additional fees for overtime (no longer guaranteeing the daily rate and subject to hourly overtime rates after 12 hours). Loading and Unloading: If loading and unloading are requested before and after the event, spanning more than 2 hours, there will be an additional fee for those days. The loading and unloading fees will be 50% of the daily rental rate, and will include 5 hours the day before and 5 hours the day after the event. Amenities: Exposed Beams, High Ceiling, Loading Bay/Loading Dock, Patio, Concrete Floor, Colored Walls, Converted Warehouse, Industrial Warehouse, Storage/Bulk Warehouse, Beverages on site, Large Patio, Greenery, Built in Seating, Additional Bar, Parking lot access, easy loading and unloading. Beverage Packages: Our amazing Ciders will be offered to any rental at a discounted rate. Please inquire for additional information. We have a large warehouse that can accommodate delivery of decorations, props, and equipment prior to the event when given notice beforehand. Parking: Our private parking lot is available for an additional rental fee. Loading and Unloading can be scheduled for events, as well as for private parking capabilities on the day of the event. Additional parking is available at the end of the street in a private lot, as well as ample street parking outside. Cleaning: Fee is not included in rental price Security Deposit Requirements and Policy: We request a 25% security deposit due 60 days prior to the booking date or at the time of reservation (if there are fewer than 60 days to the event). The security deposit will be returned 5-7 business days after completion of the event. The security deposit intends to protect us in case any unforeseen damage to the property occurs. Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy allows for cancellations to be made up to 30 days prior to the reservation date for a full refund of the reservation and security deposit. If cancellations are made within 30 days of the event, the security deposit will be refunded.
