Main Event Space
Our rate for the main event space is $650/hr with a minimum booking of 8 hours. Other spaces in the venue are available to book at an additional cost.
Screening Room
Our rate for the screening room is $450/hr with a minimum booking of 3 hours. Other spaces in the venue are available to book at an additional cost.
Studio C+D
Our rate for Studio C+D is $350/hr with a minimum booking of 6 hours. Other spaces in the venue are available to book at an additional cost.
Full Buyout
Our rate for a full buyout of the venue including the main event space, 4 production studios and screening room is $2,500/hr with a minimum booking of 8 hours.

- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- There are different spaces within the venue to rent. They are listed separately in our pricing section as well as an option for a full buyout. To get a specific quote, please email daniela@100sutton.com.
- What is the venue capacity?
- The venue capacity ranges depending on the space you have booked. The main event space has a capacity of 400, the screening room has a capacity of 70, studio c+d has a capacity of 90, and the whole venue can fit up to 700 people.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
