Pricing Information
Pricing for 167 Events always includes a food & beverage minimum spend and a rental fee for each space. For our smaller spaces, minimum spend begins at $10,000 and rental fee begins at $5,000. For full floor buyouts minimum spend begins at $30,000 and rental fee begins at $10,000. Pricing is determined by date, guest count and time frame include set-up and tear down. Pricing is not inclusive of tax, gratuity and a 4% event fee.

- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- 167 Events carries a rental fee and food and beverage minimum spend. The food and beverage minimum differs depending on date and timeframe. The rental fee is determined directly by the 167 Building Leadership. All fees are based on your date, guest count, spaces utilized and timeframe.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- The rental fee includes use of your desired space and all existing furniture within that rented space. It also includes on-site engineering staff for the duration of load in and your event, housekeeping staff during event hours, security staff during event hours, and the use of existing Audio Visual
- What is the venue capacity?
- Sitting Room - 150 guests reception style Sitting Room & Terrace - 250 guests reception style Game Room - 60 guests seated or reception style Town Hall - 350 seated, 400 reception style Full 17th Floor - 350 seated, 400 reception style
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- All decor vendors must meet specific certificate of insurance requirements to load in the space. We do not allow adhesives on any surface, open flame candles on the floor, glitter or helium balloons. Restrictions with mounting and suspending items from the ceiling and walls also apply.
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- Weekday events must conclude at midnight and Saturday must conclude by 1:00am.
