- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- Our staffing depends on the guest count and the complexity of the event. We do provide staffing for all of our events.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- We work both ways. In some instances it makes more sense for us to pay directly and others for the client to pay directly.
- What event planning services do you offer?
- We offer full-service planning, design and production services.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with other vendors?
- As part of our services, we will arrange, meet with or for you as part of our planning contract.
- What makes your planning style unique?
- Our belief is to keep each event unique and custom tailored for our clients personality. We want to project your personality and design style while making sure it is produced to our standards.

Susan Zackin
President and OwnerSusan Zackin has been in the event planning world for over 30 years. Having offices and produced events in two of the largest party destinations, South Florida and New Orleans, has given her fabulous opportunities to work with many distinguished clients and produce elegant to outrageous events
