Antonio (Joseph) Correia
Director of Catering
Antonino (Joseph) Correia began his life in food service in 1980 after moving to New York City from Portugal as a teenager. From humble beginnings delivering food, Joseph excelled at learning the ins and outs of a catering operation. His hard work and charming personality earned him a position in sales, where he also had great success. In 2021, Joseph had an opportunity to consult on a catering project called The Perfect Table.
Frank Cordi
Chef
Francesco (Frank) Cordi was born in Calabria, Italy. Settling in Queens with his family as a young teen, he soon found himself working in the local Bakery where he discovered his passion for pastry. After having studying in world renowned schools like La Maison Lenotre, Frank has now been practicing pastry for over 40 years.
Chris Zamfotis
Managing Partner
Growing up in the delis of his father and uncles was the foundation of his hospitality journey. As a kid, Chris’ summers were spent working for his father delivering food. Professionally, Chris’ early years were in fast-casual. Exceling in operations, he earned the role of Director of Operations for Metro Catering & Events. It was during his time there that the idea for The Perfect Table was born. Given the opportunity to help curate the brand, Chris is now the Managing Partner.
Giuseppe Tirone
Executive Chef
Born in Denain, France and raised between Sicily and Kassel, Germany, Giuseppe Tirone’s exposure to international cuisine began at a very young age. Giuseppe has honed his culinary and operational skills over years of kitchen duties. His passion for creativity in his menus and building extraordinary teams are just a few of the driving factors behind his success as an Executive Chef.
