Growing up in the delis of his father and uncles was the foundation of his hospitality journey. As a kid, Chris’ summers were spent working for his father delivering food. Professionally, Chris’ early years were in fast-casual. Exceling in operations, he earned the role of Director of Operations for Metro Catering & Events. It was during his time there that the idea for The Perfect Table was born. Given the opportunity to help curate the brand, Chris is now the Managing Partner.
